RC1730 Steel Manipulator Cutting Line

APPLICATION
This machine is used for flexible cutting for three-dimensional space of all kinds of steel (U steel, T steel, angel steel, circular tube, rectangular tube). Raw material library contain GB workpiece, non-GB workpiece, cutting expand according to needs. Cutting groove various (constant angle, fixed point, fixed),suitable for steel structure, shipbuilding, oceaneering, pressure vessel, bridge, tower and cutting of construction machinery and other comprehensiveness structural engineering. Combined with workpiece graphic teaching and programming. Steel cutting robot, can finish process of plasma cutting off, groove, wedge holes.

COMPOSITION

The machine is composed of loading roller, CNC trolley, trolley roller, press positioning, manipulator (include fixed support) movable overturns laying-off roller, plasma cutting system, control system, cutting smoke purification system.
